With my M.A. in Education and an eye for excellent design, I create courses built upon learning science that get people's attention. Additionally, I have also created training plans for students for SkillsUSA and VEX Robotics competitions, as well as track & field athletes. Participants in my training plans have gone on to earn industry certifications, win local and state competitions, and continually improved as the competitive season continued.

โค ๐๐ง๐ค๐๐๐๐ฉ๐จ ๐'๐ซ๐ ๐๐ค๐ง๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ฃ: I have worked on projects that range from a job aid on how to properly prepare t-shirts for printing to a Rise 360 course on working from home, geared towards those who have accepted a remote position. My projects also include building a new curriculum and modifying it to fit synchronous and asynchronous models of online learning for the younger demographic.
โค ๐๐๐จ๐ช๐ก๐ฉ๐จ: I was able to generate results of the new curriculum by setting benchmarks throughout the course. The outcome of that curriculum design was favorable in that learners were engaged in the skills they were mastering for work in the manufacturing industry. Since I was able to use various eLearning tools to convey the course in a meaningful way, learners were able to perform their duties and be prepared for future work in industry.

Now, I welcome the challenge of working in the corporate sector as an instructional designer. I was afraid to make the move into the corporate sector. However, being able to work from home and spending more time with my family made me want to seek opportunities in corporate. I want to contribute my work ethic to an organization that recognizes my value.
